以核心家庭为例,探讨紧凑型住宅平面尺度的两个主要影响因素:家庭生活行为的细分对尺度变化的要求,现代家居产品的尺度导致的空间尺度变化.通过家庭生活行为的解析、行为单元的尺度分析以及行为的组合三个渐进的分析步骤,探求面向核心家庭的中心城区紧凑型住宅平面不同层次的尺度要求.

Abstract:

This paper discusses two major factors which affect the interior dimension of compact apartments in the case of nuclear families.One of the major factors is the special dimension of residential behavior.Another main factor is the special dimension of home appliance.Through the sequential analysis of behavior decomposition,behavior dimension and behavior combination,various circumstances are explored for different interior dimension of compact apartments in downtown area for nuclear families.
