基于知识创新视角，采用完全信息动态博弈方法，对主设计单位和专业设计单位可能的博弈情形进行研究，得到不同报价策略各方的收益和总收益以及各模式的特征和使用策略.当专业设计单位技术壁垒低时，适宜采取专业设计单位先报价的策略；当专业设计单位技术壁垒高时，适宜采取主设计单位先报价的策略.采用主设计单位先报价的分包模式分包具有一定技术壁垒的项目更有效率.

Abstract:

From the knowledge innovation perspective， complete information dynamic game is used to conduct the research possible game between the main design organization and professional design organization. The revenue and total revenue of all parties with different bidding strategies are obtained, as well as the characteristics of each mode and the strategies being used; when professional design organization is in low technical barriers, it is appropriate to take the strategy of professional design organization offer price first, on the contrary, it is appropriate to take the strategy of main design organization offer price first. If the subcontracting mode of main design organization offers price first, the projects of subcontract with certain technical barrier are more efficient.
