Effect of Intellectual Capital on Trade Association Performance

摘要:

从智力资本的三个传统要素出发，构建了智力资本对行业协会绩效的影响模型，结合上海市5个行业协会组织的调查，应用结构方程方法展开分析.实证结果显示：在行业协会智力资本三要素中，人力资本和关系资本对行业协会内外绩效均产生直接的显著性正向作用，而结构资本对行业协会内外绩效影响不显著.

Abstract:

Based on the investigation of five trade associations in Shanghai, this paper uses structural equation to analyze the effect of intellectual capital on the performance of trade association. The empirical results show that among the three elements of intellectual capital, human capital and relational capital have a direct significant positive effect on the internal and external performance of trade associations, but structure capital has little effect on the internal and external performance of trade associations.
