    摘要:

    借鉴“过剩通勤”的概念,提出“过剩生活出行”的概念,并以生活出行距离为基础构建“15分钟社区生活圈”评价指标,从居民实际生活需求角度评价社区生活圈的设施建设情况。基于居民出行调查数据,选取上海市典型社区分析居民生活出行特征,对典型社区的生活圈进行评价。结果表明,越接近市中心,社区生活圈建设越完善,15 min步行可达率越好,生活出行的过剩程度越低。

    Abstract:

    Inspired by the concepts of “excess commuting”, the novel idea of “excess living-trip” is proposed, along with the development of evaluation indicators using distance as the primary measure, which assesses the adequacy of community facilities from the perspective of residents’ needs. Typical communities were selected, and the characteristics of living trips were analyzed with comparisons made based on the 2021 Shanghai residents’ travel survey data. The results reveal significant spatial differences: communities closer to downtown tend to have better infrastructure, and the phenomenon of excess living-trip is less pronounced.
