    钢结构的加固通常是在原结构有负载的情况下进行的。为了厘清结构初始负载水平对栓接加固钢构件的加固效果的影响,进行了168个栓接角钢加固H形截面双向偏心受压构件有限元模型计算分析,研究了影响加固效果的参数,包括初始负载水平、长细比和偏心率。研究表明,对于偏心受压构件的加固,初始负载对加固效果的影响是不利的,对加固效果的削弱在14%以内,长细比也会影响加固效果,而偏心率大小对加固效果的影响不显著。提出的考虑长细比和初始负载水平来预测加固效果的计算方法,可用于计算负载下栓接加固双向偏心受压H形钢构件的极限承载力。

    Abstract:

    Strengthening of steel structures is usually carried out with loads on the original structure (i.e., under preload). In order to clarify the influence of the preload level of the structure on the strengthening effect of steel members with bolted strengthening, 168 finite element models of bi-directional eccentrically compressed H-shaped steel members with bolted strengthening are calculated and analyzed. Parameters affecting the strengthening effect are investigated, including the preload level, slenderness ratio and eccentricity. It is shown that, for the strengthening of eccentrically compressed members, the preload has an unfavorable effect on the strengthening effect, weakening the strengthening effect within 14%, the slenderness ratio also affects the strengthening effect, whereas the eccentricity has an insignificant effect on the strengthening effect. The proposed formula for predicting the strengthening effect by considering the slenderness ratio and the preload level can be used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of bi-directional eccentrically compressed H-shaped steel columns with bolted strengthening under preload.
