    摘要:

    为解决盾构隧道结构性能评价较少考虑指标关联性的问题,引入关联规则理论优化网络分析法(ANP)并结合模糊数学建立评价模型。收集并处理各指标数据,采用Apriori算法开展关联规则挖掘,得到各指标间的关联关系及关联强度,据此对ANP的判断矩阵进行调整并开展盾构隧道结构性能评价。通过关联关系分析各指标间的演化关系,提出盾构隧道维养策略优化思路。从理论角度分析,提出的方法更符合实际工况,以上海市延安东路南线隧道为例开展工程应用,结果表明:提出的评价方法与模糊层次分析法(FAHP)所得结果仅相差3.9%,证明此方法的可行性;关联规则挖掘的结果表明超限累计沉降是结构性能退化的源头因素,应通过限制过大沉降和指标演化前项实现结构性能退化的控制。研究成果可为盾构隧道安全服役提供技术支持。

    Abstract:

    To address the issue of the structural performance evaluation of shield tunnels give less consideration to the correlation of indexes, the association rule theory optimization analytic network process (ANP) which combined with fuzzy mathematics is introduced and the evaluation model is established. The data of each index were collected and processed, and Apriori algorithm was used to mine the association rules to obtain the association relationships and the strength of association among the indexes, according to which the judgment matrix of ANP was adjusted and the structural performance evaluation of the shield tunnel was carried out. Through the correlation analysis of the evolution of the indexes, the optimization of the maintenance strategy of the shield tunnel is proposed. From the theoretical point of view, the proposed method is more in line with the actual working conditions, and the engineering application is conducted by taking the south tunnel of East Yan'an Road as an example, and the results show that: there is only a 3.9% difference between the proposed evaluation method and the results obtained by the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method (FAHP), which proves the feasibility of this method; The results of association rule mining indicate that the over-limit cumulative settlement is the source factor of structural performance degradation, which should be realized through limiting excessive settlement and index evolutionary antecedent to control the structural performance degradation. The research results can provide technical support for the safe service of shield tunnels.
