    在已提出的废旧轮胎隔震垫基础上,在设计压应力P为3、 4、 5 MPa下开展了水平力学性能试验和有限元分析,对其水平等效刚度、屈服后刚度和等效阻尼比随设计压应力和第二形状系数变化的规律进行分析,并确定了三者的具体取值方法。水平力学性能试验结果表明:层间粘接废旧轮胎隔震垫的水平等效刚度和屈服后刚度随设计压应力和第二形状系数的增大而增大,二者存在下限值分别可确定为0.5 和0.37 kN·mm-1。同时,二者的取值呈现扇面分布的规律。等效阻尼比的变化与设计压应力和第二形状系数无明显关系,但其取值可确定为0.09~0.15之间。根据层间粘接废旧轮胎隔震垫的水平等效刚度和屈服后刚度的取值规律,通过ABAQUS建立层间粘接废旧轮胎隔震垫的有限元模型,建立了层间粘接废旧轮胎隔震垫水平等效刚度和屈服后刚度取值扇面的计算公式。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, based on the proposed scrap tire pads, the horizontal mechanical properties tests and finite element analysis are conducted under the design compressive stresses of P=3 MPa, P=4 MPa, and P=5 MPa, to analyze the laws of the changes of the horizontal equivalent stiffness, post-yield stiffness and the equivalent damping ratio with the design compressive stresses and the second shape coefficients, and to determine the specific methods of the values of the three. Horizontal mechanical properties test results show that: the horizontal equivalent stiffness and post-yield stiffness of layer-bonded scrap tire rubber pads(LBSTP) increase with the increase of the design compressive stress and the second shape coefficient, and the existence of the lower limit values of the two can be determined to be 0.5 kN·mm-1 and 0.37 kN·mm-1, respectively. Meanwhile, the values of the two show the law of fan distribution. The variation of the equivalent damping ratio has no obvious relationship with the design compressive stress and the second shape factor, but its value can be determined as between 0.09 and 0.15. According to the value law of horizontal equivalent stiffness and post-yield stiffness of LBSTP, the finite element model of LBSTP is developed using ABAQUS, and the calculation formula for the sector of value taken by horizontal equivalent stiffness and post-yield stiffness is established for the LBSTP.
