    摘要:

    精益工序作为数字化精益施工的基本管理单元,需要通过工作分解来确定。其确定后,末位者计划系统和任务管理等才可以实施。为解决精益工序的确定对人员的经验和专业能力依赖高,缺少有效的自动化方法和工具的支撑问题,面向数字化精益施工,研究基于BIM(building information modeling)的房屋建筑工程主体结构施工精益工序及其逻辑关系自动生成方法,并通过实际工程应用验证其可行性和有效性,以突破传统手工分解精益工序的局限,减轻项目管理人员的工作量,提升工作效率和精益建造管理水平。

    Abstract:

    Lean work packages, serving as the fundamental management units in digital lean construction, need to be defined through systematic work breakdown. Only after their precise determination can the last planner system, task management, and other subsequent processes be effectively implemented. To address the challenges of reliance on personnel experience and professional expertise in defining lean work packages, as well as the shortage of robust automated methodologies and software tools, this paper focuses on digital lean construction and investigates building information modeling(BIM)-based automatic generation methods for lean work packages and their logical relationships in the main structure construction of building projects. Through validation in real-world engineering applications, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approaches are demonstrated, breaking through the limitations of traditional manual decomposition of lean work packages. This work significantly alleviates the workload of project management personnel, enhances operational efficiency, and elevates the overall level of lean construction management.
