Producer Service Industrialization Model

Abstract:

According to practical needs of manufacturing enterprises and limitations of industrial environment, on the basis of the analysis on category and feature of general manufacturing processes, it is proposed in this paper that the core process of producer service industrialization is the triangle which consists of service needs, service module, and service measurement, that means the service skills and techniques should be modularized by the different functions, in order to make a highly efficient semi-finished products (service module) and design relevant measurement system, as a new tool for the planning and innovation of the producer service industrialization.
