Based on the sample data of knowledgebased enterprise and structural equation analysis, empirical studies reveal the micro incentive mechanism of psychological contract for knowledge transferring. The results show that the reciprocal preferences can reconstruct the psychological contract of knowledge enterprise to a certain degree of optimization, thereby contributing to the realization of knowledge transformation, but this incentive mechanism should be improved and expanded.
