    Abstract:

A driver postpone response model was put forward by taking the fog influence on drivers’ visibility into consideration.Based on vehicle runtrack simplified as continue reversecircle,a describing lanechanging model was set up firstly.Combined with the carfollowing model, the safety lanechanging model was introduced to audit the vehicle lanechanging safety during deteriorative weather.Based on numerical simulation results, lane volume criterion of lanechanging restriction was then set up for deteriorative weather.Field survey and accidents investigation were carried out, good proportion between lanechanging related headway and accidents was testified.
