    Abstract:

    根据误差分析理论对空气过滤器性能试验装置的喷嘴流量测量进行了系统误差分析计算.分析结果表明:喷嘴直径加工精度对整个喷嘴流量测量装置的误差影响较大,在相同风量下喷嘴的开启组合方式对应产生的测量误差也不尽相同,应适当选用较小直径的喷嘴进行测量以减小误差,同时需要对喷嘴的加工精度进行验证;压力差仪器精度对喷嘴测量误差影响最大,因此应尽可能选用高精度的压力差计;相对而言,干球温度计与大气压力计的精度对喷嘴流量测量误差较小,宜选用稍高精度等级的干球温度计与大气压力计;静压力计与相对湿度的测量仪器的精度则要求不高.
