    Abstract:

    为了实现纳米TiO2的固定化负载,提高材料的光催化性能,选用1维孔结构的坡缕石矿物为载体,以TiCl4为钛源,采用静电自组装方法制备了坡缕石负载纳米TiO2光催化材料.采用XRD(X射线衍射分析)、FT IR(傅立叶变换红外谱仪)和SEM(扫描电镜)对材料进行分析和表征,采用甲基橙染料评价材料的光催化性能.重点考察了焙烧温度和硅烷偶联剂用量等对材料结构和性能的影响.研究表明:坡缕石负载纳米TiO2复合材料对甲基橙染料具有吸附与光催化的协同作用,采用静电自组装方法可有效提高材料的光催化性能和循环利用性能.
