    Abstract:

A cooperative control model was established based on mathematical programming to minimize the passenger loss delays and maximize their turnover by adopting the flow control rate as the quantitative basis. Then, an empirical analysis was made of Beijing subway Line 5 on the indicators of transport capacity utilization, retention rate and stranded passengers. Results show that this model can effectively improve the transportation capacity utilization, therefore, stranded passengers are reduced, and the contradiction between the passenger flow and the transport capacity is relieved.
