Re manufacture Feasibility Analysis for Stamping and Welding Type Torque Converter

Abstract:

The study systematically analyzes the application of re manufacture on the stamping and welding type torque converter based on the technical process. Through the definition of the torque converter failure mode， separation of the reused parts, the reuse rate is defined. A fatigue test validates the reliability of the re manufaiture parts, which is meaningful to the widespreading and standardizaton of the re manufacture engineering for torque converter.
