    Abstract:

    The seismic wave is generated by detonating trinitrotoluene (TNT) explosives in the soil, and the dynamic response of nodular cast iron pipeline network with flexible joints is studied. The idea and the method of the test design are introduced in detail and the main test results are presented. A preliminary analysis shows that the test design is reasonable and effective. The joint deformation has a close relationship with the systemic structure of the pipeline network. When the joint deformation is greater than a threshold value, the plastic deformation should be taken into consideration.
