    Abstract:

    The performance of a proton exchange membrane fule cell(PEMFC) stack using thin metal bipolar plates was investigated,and a comparison of efficiency,cell average voltage was made between the stack and another stack using graphite bipolar plates.Meanwhile a 100hour vibration test on the stack was performed,it is found the uniformity of the cells declined,the cell voltage decreases with the increment of the current load.There is no law that which cell produced the highest voltage,but the single cell at the end of the stack always performed worst.
