Design of Computer Aided Integrated Frame of Reconfigurable Manufacturing System

Abstract:

The integrated frame of reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS) is presented based on Open System Architecture of objectoriented(OO) and modularization method in order to solve the absence of enforceable computer aided system of RMS with the Chinese manufacturing conditions.The programming of the integrated frame is analyzed and the architecture of the integrated frame is presented.The system function modular of the integrated frame is constructed; the key technology of every modular is depicted in detail.Based on the design intension,an integrated software system is developed including analysis arts and crafts,configuration layout,production scheduling,simulation optimization，product line monitor and control and resource management combination with the fact of a automobile accessory manufacturer.
