    Abstract:

    The paper analyzes its elements and dimensions from the evolution of science and technology development strategies, and studies the interaction mechanism between the future, vision, scenario, scene and technology through the deep neural network model,.Finally, The paper constructs a bidirectional multi- layer neural network model with four layers and two action ways and the basic formulation process of vision-based technology development strategy.
