    Abstract:

Taking the “education” process funded by college as the research object, this paper tries to improve the traditional failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). It proposes a fuzzy FMEA model to analyze the failure modes and key risks of the “education” process by combining triangular fuzzy numbers, weights of risk indices, object weights of experts, the Delphi method, and interviews. It is found that the model proposed objectively reflects the importance of risk indices and difference among experts’ discourse power, which means that the model proposed has a higher accuracy and reliability. Suggestions for high-risk failure modes are proposed.
